Step 1 — Tell us about your extracts

Let us know your oil viscosity, terpene profiles, target voltage & send us your artwork! We start with your product and build backward. Every hardware recommendation is made to maximize performance with your specific oil & highlight your brand.

Step 2 — We spec and quote your build

Our graphic design team will create dielines & 3D renders for your approval! Custom branding, tank volume, atomizer type, tiered pricing, and packaging — all laid out before you commit to a dollar. You'll have a complete picture of what you're getting and what it costs. No surprises once production starts.

Step 3 — Our team builds it. You approve it

Your 50% deposit starts the clock. Our production team handles the details and brings you in at the moments that matter. Design approval first, then physical sample sign-off via photo or video before mass production begins. No surprises. No chasing anyone down.

Step 4 — Delivered and ready to fill

Remaining 50% of payment is due before shipping. Your hardware arrives tested, branded, and ready for your production line.

What can you customize

Every element of your hardware program can be configured to match your brand, your oil, and your production requirements.

  • Voltage Tuning

    Preset voltage ranges matched to your specific oil — distillate, live resin, live rosin, or THCA. Prevents burning, preserves terpenes, and ensures every draw reflects the quality of your extract.

  • Branding & Print

    Full custom print on device body, packaging, and inserts. Your logo, colorway, and brand identity applied across the complete hardware system — from the cart to the box it ships in.

  • Tank Volume

    Choose the tank size best for your clients. Options may vary depending on device.

  • Activation Mode & Form Factor

    Add an autodraw or inhale activation feature, add a button or switch for preheat options. Want a custom mold? We do that too!

Frequently asked questions

  • What is the minimum order quantity for custom hardware?

    MOQ starts at 3,000 units and goes up to 5,000 depending on the device type and level of customization. Disposable AIOs with full custom digital screens typically require a 5k unit MOQ.

  • How long does OEM production take?

    Standard lead time is 8–10 weeks from initial deposit to delivery via ocean freight. This includes pre-production sample approval, mass production, quality control, and shipping. Rush timelines may be available for select products — contact us to discuss.

  • Can I fully customize the branding on my hardware?

    Yes. Custom print is available on the device body, mouthpiece, packaging, and inserts. For devices with screens, we can also customize the device's digital display graphics. Artwork files should be provided in vector format (AI, PDF, or EPS).

  • Do you offer samples before committing to production?

    Yes. We can arrange samples from our U.S. inventory for standard hardware configurations. For fully custom builds, a sample fee may apply. Contact us to discuss what's available for your specific project.

  • What happens after my hardware is delivered?

    We remain available for troubleshooting, compatibility questions, and reorder planning. For brands scaling quickly, we can also set up staggered production runs to maintain consistent inventory without a single large order.
